Steps to brew a teapot

Preparation: tea, teapot and tea utensils to start

1. Boil water: Again, make sure the water you have is filtered bottled water, not mineral or tap water. Most teas brew tea below boiling point, between 75°C and 98°C, depending on the type of tea. To keep the delicious taste of tea, please refer to how to make tea as advised by experts as follows:

Note: you must boil water at 100^o C and then let it cool to the same temperature as above.

2. Make the teapot and the tea cup heat up: When the water is almost boiling, pour the water into the kettle and close the lid. When the teapot heats up, you run all the water out into the tea props and cups.

3. Measuring tea: Put the tea in the kettle. The amount of tea more or less depends on the type—usually 1/5 to 1/2 teapot.

4. Wake up the tea: pour hot water over it and pour it out as quickly as possible.

This is not water to drink. It has the effect of “waking up” so that the tea leaves begin to bloom.

Hot water awakens tea, not boiling water.

5. Brewing tea: Fill the pot with hot water, cover the pot and steep the tea for about 10-60 seconds, depending on the type of tea. This is the most crucial step. Ensure the water temperature and steeping time are appropriate for the tea.

6. Pouring tea: after 10-60 seconds, pour all the water from the teapot into the pot. Then the new professional poured out the tea cups. Specializing in tea at this time is very important, helping you immediately stop brewing tea in the kettle. You should pour quickly and pour out all the water in the kettle.

Ensure the water in the kettle is poured out completely, do not leave excess moisture in the kettle.

Open the pot’s lid after pouring the tea so that the tea does not “smelt” because of the high temperature in the pool.

7. Brew tea next time: Repeat steps five and steps six for the next brew. Subsequent braking usually takes longer than the previous one.

If the first tea is too light or too strong, adjust the time for the next brew.

Delicious and well-brewed tea, you can repeat 5-8 times of brewing before the taste becomes too pale.
